Coaching Services Agreement
This Coaching Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between you (“Client”) and WholePath Wellness (“Company”).
Please read this Agreement carefully and raise any questions or concerns before accepting the terms.
1. Term of Agreement
This Agreement shall become effective upon acceptance by the Client and shall remain in effect for a period of two (2) months from the date of signing or approval. If the coaching relationship continues beyond this period, a new Agreement or extension may be required.
The number of sessions agreed upon is based on the purchased package.
2. Services Provided
WholePath Wellness provides coaching services via telephone, Zoom, or in person. Coaching is a partnership focused on enhancing the Client’s awareness, thinking, and abilities to help achieve work-related goals. Coaching is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service, and the Coach does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If the Client requires such services, they should seek a qualified professional.
The success of coaching depends on the Client’s commitment and openness to the process. If the Client believes that coaching is not meeting expectations, they agree to communicate this to the Coach.
3. Confidentiality
All coaching conversations will remain confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., court order, legal obligation, or concerns regarding imminent harm). WholePath Wellness will not disclose any details of the coaching relationship without the Client’s written consent.
4. Coach’s Commitment
The Coach will honor the time spent together and maintain confidentiality.
The Coach will not judge the Client and will respect their perceptions of the world.
The Coach will not impose change but will support the Client in gaining clarity and making informed decisions.
The Coach will be impeccable with their word and uphold their commitments.
The Coach believes the Client has the capacity to discover their own answers.
5. Fees & Payment
Coaching fees must be paid in full before sessions commence. Payments must be made online through PayPal or Stripe. Failure to pay at least 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in automatic cancellation of the session without a refund.
6. Coaching Sessions
At the scheduled appointment time, the Client agrees to call the Coach at the agreed-upon number or online link.
Both parties commit to starting and ending sessions on time.
If the Client is more than 10 minutes late, the session will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
7. Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a session.
The Coach will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions canceled in a timely manner.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows will be billed at the full session rate.
If the Client fails to cancel at least 24 hours in advance more than twice, the Coach reserves the right to terminate services.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. However, the Client remains responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered prior to termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WholePath Wellness shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from coaching services.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and WholePath Wellness and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements. The Client acknowledges that coaching outcomes depend on their actions and decisions, and the Coach is not liable for any financial, personal, employment, or other consequences resulting from the Client’s choices.
By accepting this Agreement electronically or otherwise, the Client agrees to its terms in full.
